The General Obligation (GO) Bond Committee acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council relating to a General Obligation Bond.

It reviews best practices, seeks citizen input, consults with City boards and commissions, and reviews all of the information gathered to formulate recommendations for the General Obligation Bond on the April ballot to the City Council. 

The Committee is made up of 21 individuals appointed by the City Council.
